I'm a Berkeley alumna with a major in English, and recently received my MFA in poetry writing at Saint Mary's College in Moraga (whew, too many prepositions). I also DJ a music show and co-host a talk show at KSMC, the radio station at St. Mary's.

Off campus, I enjoy reading, running, cooking, conversation, going dancing, and occasional bouts of television. A pacifist in theory, I still seem to have a thing for movies about naval a-vi-a-tors. Other than that, I live in Oakland, work part-time in Berkeley, and can currently be described as: working on an escape plan.
